Julia Ćwierz to Speak at The Chicago Bar Association Webinar

Morgan Sports Law's Julia Ćwierz will be lecturing at The Chicago Bar Association online session ‘Esports law: emerging issues’ on Thursday 18 November.

The webinar will explore the following key areas:

• What is esports
• How is it organised
• Regulation (or lack thereof)
• Intellectual Property issues
• M&A - leagues and teams forming / merging
• Gaming integrity ethics issues
• Contract issues (players, teams, sponsors)

Julia will be joined on the webinar by Moderator, Ben Shrader of Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge and additional guest speaker, Ben Mashmoor of Zephyr Law.
