Mario Flores Chemor to speak at 7th AIAF Congress

Morgan Sports Law Associate, Mario Flores Chemor, will be part of a round table, with representatives from FIFA, FIFpro and the ECA, addressing the topic “First Outcomes After the 2018 Amendments on the 'Narrow Issues'” at the 7^th AIAF Congress on 23 and 24 October in El Cairo, Egypt.  

Topics discussed at the round table will include termination of employment contracts under the new FIFA Regulations as well as the calculation of compensation for breach of contract. Issues arising from Art. 24bis of the FIFA Regulations and Art. 15 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code will also be addressed.
