Henry Goldschmidt to speak at the AIAC International Sports Law Conference

Morgan Sports Law Associate, Henry Goldschmidt, will be speaking on the topic of “Safety in Sports: Protection of Athletes and the Scope of Duty of Care” at the AIAC International Sports Law Conference on 27 September in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  

As well as presenting on the English law position (and its relevance to the wider sporting community), Henry will also be part of a panel discussion about the need for laws  to protect and safeguard the wellbeing of those who participate in sports.
