Henry Goldschmidt to Speak at the Marsh and Bluefin Sports Forum

Morgan Sports Law Associate, Henry Goldschmidt, will be speaking on the topic of “Safety and welfare in sport – who owes a duty of care to who?” at the Marsh & Bluefin Sports Forum on 27 November in London.  

Henry will be analysing the scope of duty of care under English law, and how key stakeholders in the sporting industry can protect their participants (from injury or harm) and themselves (against potential negligence claims).
