William Sternheimer to speak at the 4th edition of the “Assises de droit du sport”

Morgan Sports Law Partner, William Sternheimer, will share his experience and thoughts on the challenges of sports justice at the 4th edition of the “Assises de droit du sport”, a sports law symposium, in Paris on 9 and 10 July 2019.

William's panel discussion will cover a number of important topics in sports justice, in particular sports dispute resolution at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, areas of improvement and the challenges ahead. The decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the Mutu and Pechstein cases and the role played by lawyers in building, challenging and improving sports justice will also be discussed.
