Sergio Henao cleared to return to racing

Morgan Sports Law acts for Team Sky cyclist, Sergio Henao Montoya, in Athlete Biological Passport ("ABP") case. 

Summary

In April 2016, the Union Cycliste Internationale (the “UCI”) asked Mr Henao for an explanation regarding some of the values in his Athlete Biological Passport. 

Mr Henao was voluntarily withdrawn from competition by Team Sky, while Morgan Sports Law LLP worked with Mr Henao and his experts in preparing his explanation. 

On 31 May 2016, following review of Mr Henao's explanation, the UCI announced that it would take no further action against Mr Henao.
