Patrick Tuipulotu cleared of doping charges

Morgan Sports Law acts for All Blacks international rugby union player, Patrick Tuipulotu, in the dismissal of doping charges. 

Summary

In November 2016, Patrick Tuipulotu was notified that a doping control sample provided by him had reportedly revealed the presence of a Specified Substance listed on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s 2016 Prohibited List. Mr Tuipulotu was provisionally suspended with immediate effect.

Mr Tuipulotu instructed Morgan Sports Law to defend him against the charges.  Mr Tuipulotu has now been fully exonerated of any wrongdoing following the results of further analysis on his sample.

Mr Tuipulotu is now free to resume his rugby career with immediate effect.
