2018 and 2019 Trainee Solicitor Opportunities

We are looking for exceptional trainees to join Morgan Sports Law in September 2018 and September 2019. 

1. The firm

Morgan Sports Law was founded in July 2013 as a specialist sports dispute resolution firm.

2. The clients

The firm acts primarily for professional sportspeople, but also for agents, teams and clubs.

3. The work

Most of the firm’s work is heard before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and other sports disciplinary tribunals around the world.

Most of the disputes relate to anti-doping, corruption, eligibility, governance and contractual issues.

4.Your qualifications and attributes

You will have the following qualifications and/or attributes:

  • Excellent academic background (with a 2:1 degree and a minimum of ABB at A-Level or equivalent);
  • Completed a qualifying LLB Law degree or the Graduate Diploma in Law;
  • For non-law graduates, a background in science, maths or statistics would be particularly valuable but not essential;
  • Additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential;
  • Desire to work in the sports sector (prior sports law experience is not essential);
  • The right to live and work in the UK.

5. Terms

Full-time for the duration of the training period.
