Morgan Sports Law recognised in the 2017 Legal 500
Morgan Sports Law has again been featured in The Legal 500.

In its 2017 edition, The Legal 500 – a leading global directory which researches and analyses lawyers and law firms across the world – has again recognised Morgan Sports Law’s expertise.
Morgan Sports Law is described by the directory as an “exceptional litigation and arbitration boutique” that is “especially strong in handling anti-doping, corruption and selection disputes.”
Mike Morgan, the founding partner of Morgan Sports Law is described as “pre-eminent” in anti-doping cases and is also once again listed in The Legal 500’s Leading Individuals.
Senior Associate, Richard Martin has also been recommended for the second year running.

On that occasion, the CAS held that a doping control sample provided by Mr Devyatovskiy at the 2008 Olympic Games had erroneously been declared positive. Mr Devyatovskiy was thus acquitted and his silver medal was returned to him.
